1995 Mercedes E Class S124 E280T LPG

I offer here a Mercedes S124 station wagon with almost new freshly registered sequential KME Nevo LPG gas system with upright wheel well tank.

Rebuilt in 2021/ 2022 after 5 years on the road.

At that time, the universal joint, hydraulic accumulator of the levelling system, front and rear brakes, tie rods, steering dampers, wishbones, strut bearings, rear suspension joints and much more were replaced and then wheel alignment was carried out. Plugs, filters and all oils changed.

Engine control unit replaced, the engine wiring harness is in very good condition (not old or brittle) Welding work carried out professionally on the front mudguards, jack mounts, tailgate and floor. The front and left rear wings and tailgate were repainted and Mike Sander's cavity preservation was applied to the entire vehicle.

Then MOT, gas system fitted and driven 20, 000 km since then without any problems. A set of original MB mudguards with all-season tyres is included. New spark plugs recently fitted. The car has a sunroof, air conditioning and all windows are electric. Sportline seats and door panelling ex works.

I have been driving Mercedes 123 or 124 estate cars with gas system for many years. Occasionally I find one that I have to save. The E280T, which has been with me for the last 2 years and has given me a lot of pleasure, must now make way for a 230TE, S123. Very well maintained, but over 30 years old with the normal signs of use and small defects that can hardly be avoided in the course of almost 300, 000 kilometres of use.

It is also still driven.

Engine, gearbox and chassis in perfect technical condition. Everything is firm and direct, with perfect directional stability. Nothing rattles or roars, good response to petrol and gas.

Very economical, there is probably no comparable six-cylinder in this class. You can always get by with 10 litres of petrol or 12 to 13 litres of gas. I would also deliver the car anywhere in Europe for a reasonable fee.
