Due to losing my dry storage having to sell off my collection of vehicles
Here is my Mk2 Ford Cortina super
I bought this just over 2 years ago and fell in love..
Again never planned to sell this one either as how often do you see a rock sold un -welded 3 door cortina
This is registered as a UK car with a UK logbook but I think it's been reshelled as it just so solid I'd be suprised if it's original as this one didn't have much history few invoices and then all the invoiced for the stuff I've done.
In my ownership I've replaced all the interior with restored red vinyl seats.
Removed the engine to paint the engine bay and both sides of the car.
Colour is purbeck grey (lovely colour)
I've fully rebuilt a tuned 1300 crossflow as the original engine was no good
Had all new big ends - piston rings
New head gasket new fast road Kent cam brand new inlet manifold and new webber twin 45s full stainless exhaust system with 4 branch manifold
New smaller alternator
New uprated oil pump
New burton rocker cover
New fuel pumps
Battery relocated to boot.
New boot carpet
New ht leads and electric ignition
New battery
New bigger chrome radiator
New water pump
New uprated anti roll bar set up poly bushed
Brake servo
New anti tramp bars
Lowered
Discs brakes (capri I think)
Underbody pained and wax oiled
All tuned on rolling road last year
Jobs to finish top dash clocks need wiring on and fuel sender unit not working for fuel gauge
