Description
Here is my 750 BSA rocket which I have owned for nearly 10 years. When I bought her, she was in a very good condition but since then she has been completely stripped down and every issue that I spotted that needed attention has been dealt with. All the paints have been re-sprayed, the tires and tubes have been replaced with new and the spokes have been laced with stainless. As this is an historic vehicle she does not require an MOT but I would be more than happy to put it through one if the buyer requires. I am hoping not only to post some photos of her but also do a video later today and try to include that if it is possible. I know I am asking somewhere near the top end of the price but I can assure you that this bike is in absolute immaculate condition , so I will definitely need an offer very close to what I’m asking as I’m not prepared to move too much as I’ve spent so much money already. As you can see by the mileage she has only done 304 miles so still has not been run in .
After only owning her for a year, I unfortunately lost my left arm and shoulder and that is why I have not been able to continue with the running in process, and rather than modify her so that I can ride her one-handed I have decided maybe it’s time to think of selling her, So If you like what you see, then why not contact me and see if we can come to some arrangement and then I can find a good home for her.
Just some more information that might be of interest;-
New exhaust and pipes.
New seat
All tin Work is original and totally restored.
New numberplate
New inner tubes and tires.
New stainless spokes.
New wheel bearings.
Wheel hubs polished.
Frame sprayed.
New Control cables fitted
New fuel Cox fitted
Lastly, the only thing that has been fitted to this Bike that is not standard is the electronic ignition and of course the more modern wiring harness.
In fact, I could go on and on and it would just get boring. Engine has been completely rebuilt as have the carbs and this Bike will start first kick even from a one armed bandit such as myself once she is warm. Otherwise you will need to use the choke, especially, in the winter. On this particular section of my Advert it suggest I tell the buyer why they’re going to love it, well, if I have to tell you why you love it then you’re obviously not the person to buy this sort of bike.
