Description
This car was imported into the UK in 2015, and I have been the only UK owner in that time.
This is an early 1. 6 V Spec edition, in beautiful British Racing Green, with tan leather interior, including the original Nardi steering wheel and gear knob (rare). The hood has been replaced with MK2 quality mohair, with a glass rear screen. Rust free, having been treated with Dinitrol when I imported her by a well known MX5 specialist, and the spot welds are clearly visible in the wheel arches. No rust inside the sills. Still has the original daisy wheels, and passed its MOT in July. Car is a joy to drive, being nimble and agile as it should. Has benefitted from Hunter 4 wheel alignment.
Whilst the car is mainly standard, I have upgraded a few elements so it drives how I like it (all easily reversed to standard if preferred), which is around the Surrey/ Sussex lanes on sunny days:

Goodridge brake hoses
Upper and lower engine and body braces (Mk2)
Meister HRD coilovers
The car is fully maintained, and in addition to the usual servicing including oil, filters and plug changes every 12 months, these include:
EBC brake pads and new discs
Battery
Catalytic converter
Rain rail
Drop links
Steering gaiters
All belts including cam belt
Water pump and thermostat
Plug leads
Replaced headrest speakers and quality ICE head unit
All of the above is shown in the extensive folder of receipts that I have!
Being totally honest, there are a couple of points to flag:
MOT picked up the tyres are starting to show signs of age. No major issues, but will need replacing in next 12 months or so
The drivers seat is showing usual wear
I am going to be very sad to see her go, but I am simply not driving her these days (less than 2, 000 miles in 6 years), so its time for her to go to a new home. Any pictures/ videos required, please let me know and happy to provideImported to UK 2015
