This is a 1926 Ford Model T Speedster.
I bought this car in August 2020 and it was built and registered as a speedster by the previous owner in 2018.
The car uses original trembler coils ignition and has a modern alternator so can use bright lights and keeps the battery well charged.
I have fitted 30s style larger halogen headlights, heated bucket seats.
As it’s a 26 car it has a starter motor and it starts well.
I have also fitted a Z head for slightly higher compression and better combustion. Original head will go with the car.
Although the listing says its 2ltr engine it is in fact a standard 2. 9ltr side valve engineI have very much enjoyed owning and driving this car and it always gets many smiles and much attention.
Although Model Ts are not the fastest of vintage cars they are great fun to drive and this one pulls up hills with ease.
