MK1 Morris Mini Cooper 1963

I have owned this Cooper for nearly 20 years. I purchased out of a barn in Norfolk as a barn find project, with the intention to build a pre 1965 FIA race car. I moved away, started a business, married, and with regret, realise its time to pass the car on to someone who will carry out the works it deserves.
We believe originally Island Blue, however it has had an outer respray at some point
Shell is in reasonable condition, structurally sound with good floors. Will require inner arches and front end. Some areas around the boot, and likely some other areas, but principally a sound starting point.
998 cooper engine comes with it, a very original engine and complete, however not original to the car.
It is currently rolling of drum brakes, as the previous owner took these off for a different project before I purchase it. It is also slightly leaning to one side, this has happened over time, so perhaps perished subframe cones.
There is no interior.
There are a small selection of parts, spare doors, a Nikki carb, door latches, glass, some chrome work, exhaust.
Viewing best at weekends, it's advertised else where.
