Introduced in 1971 to replace the 2800 CS, it boasts a 3-litre engine delivering 180 bhp. This model marked a significant step forward with the addition of power steering and four-wheel disc brakes, responding to criticisms levelled at the previous version. By the end of production in December 1975, 8122 examples had been produced, of which 3667 were the 3. 0 CSA version, fitted with a three-speed ZF automatic transmission. The entire E9 range was a great success, with more than 30, 000 units produced, doubling the sales of its predecessor. The car on offer is an original French model, delivered new to Bagneux and put on the road on 20 June 1973.
