Messerschmitt tg500 registered new in the uk 11th November 1958, red with clear bubble top, this is an older restoration with nicely used patina , top of front seat does shows signs of wear but new authentic covers can be purchased online , although this tg500 is not concourse it is a very nice solid running & driving car that presents itself well & would be the star of any museum & could be exhibited straight away or with little effort could be made concours, full set of keys present & spares including the spare wheel carrier lock key, 2x files of paperwork & invoices including parts for engine rebuild etc, original green v5 registration document from when sold new in 1958 is present & latest v5 registration document & old mots, there is a plaque mounted on the chassis by the dashboard stating supplied by ken heanes motorcycles from fleet hampshire, i have been informed that this tg500 was a demonstrator when new, it has attended many messerschmitt gatherings & a certificate is present from when it attended the 40th anniversary celebration, the car is currently sorned but driven last week on private road as i prefer it to have regular exercise, I have felt very proud to own such a rare car as this tg500 which has been in the uk since 1958 & im only selling as an opportunity has come up to buy a steam traction engine I have wanted for some years £129000 ono tel: the details below
