Description
KEY FACTS
A fantastic example of the stylish modern classic BMW grand tourer, boasting a desirable factory specification and a solid maintenance history. Under the bonnet is the 3. 4-litre ‘M30’ straight-six, producing 218bhp and driving the rear wheels via a slick four-speed automatic transmission. A facelift example, this 635 CSi is built on the E28-generation 5 Series platform, and as such features double-linked front suspension struts, various cosmetic changes and greatly improved rust protection.
EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES
This 635 CSI was specified with Zinnober Red paintwork and black leather upholstery. Factory options include electrically adjusted front seats with memory function for the driver, rear head restraints, cruise control, Blaupunkt radio/ casette stereo and air conditioning. The car rides on 16-inch/ 8j cross spoke alloy wheels. It will be accompanied by its original owner’s manual / service book, sales brochures, a mostly complete toolkit, a raft of tax discs and maintenance invoices, and correspondence from BMW Group Classics to confirm its authenticity. Also supplied is a diary of every journey undertaken during current ownership - 7 years, including the dates and the miles covered.
CONDITION
The Zinnober Red paintwork finish is believed to be original and in great overall condition, with some very minor dents and age related stone chips. Inside the black leather interior presents itself extremely well, defying it's 39 years. There is some light wear and creasing to the seats but no rips or tears can be seen. There are no warning lights on the control check panel and the trip computer still operates. All gauges and electrics are believed to be in working order, apart from the A/ C that does not blow chilled air and the headlamp wash wipes. The most recent service and MOT test was in June 2024 with no advisories recorded, so is ready to be enjoyed immediately.

Lots of photos and videos on my Instagram page #My. CSiOriginally bought to satisfy my craving for owning a Sharknose e24 - one of the prettiest BMW's ever created. The car looks stunning in its bright red paintwork and gets admiring glances, smiles and waves wherever it goes. Super smooth to drive and has a good amount of get up and go performance
