Description
Here is my lovely 750 SRAD up for sale, I've owned it for three years and it has been a amazing bike! having wanted one ever since they came out. It was worth the wait the SRAD's are fast becoming classics and it is hard to find good clean original ones! **** It has a blue screen in the pictures but has since been fitted with a standard clear screen****
So here is the important info: It was first registered in September 1999. It has a full service history with the service book stamped. I carried out the last service myself in 2023, the usual items, NGK spark plugs, oil (Motual), oil filter and air filter. I had a manual cam-chain adjuster fitted after I heard a off a few of the original ones letting go (like Honda Firestorms!). I also changed the front brake calipers from the original rubbish six pots, (they will come with the bike) to SRAD 600 four pots.
I also upgraded the brake hoses. And for peace off mind R & G crash bungs.
The bike has the rear passenger seat and the original silencer which is very rare these days!
Overall it is in very good condition but obviously it has a few minor marks the worst being the front wheel on the right side were the original six pot brake calipers decided to leak brake fluid! Hence the change to the better performing srad 600 calipers. It will come with both the standard can and the aftermarket one. I was advised to keep the standard one off the bike for posterity which I thought makes sense.
If you have any questions or would like more photos please let me know. I bought it as I always wanted a SRAD, I couldn't afford one back in the day. I was on the look out a few years ago for as original standard condition I could find and this popped up. It is fast becoming a classic as featured in Team Classic Suzuki Racing with Michael Dunlop competing on one at the classic TT, prices are set to rise as with the slightly older GSXR's. Time to get one while prices are not too bad.
