Land Rover defender 90, built this for my self over the last couple of years, i taken my inspiration from the land rover series one 80" as i like the style and heritage look. i started with a tired 90 petrol and bought a Galv chassis, galv bulkhead, which i then refinished in Deep Bronze Green. i fitted 2012 110 vented front axle, 2012 90 rear axle coupled with new suspension, bushes, springs and gas shocks, all the radus arms have been powder coated black. the gearbox is a LT 85 5 speed box Santana which is in great condition hand has done low miles, 1. 4 transfer box used but in good condtion.
Engine is a 3. 9 Rover v8 on injection. came from a 92 Range Rover classic, with 88k on the clock, runs and drives great. custom exhaust with tube headers. K and N air filer, new PAS box and pipes.
body work is all the best bits from defender over the years, Td5 Tub to allow for a rear mounted tank , Wolf doors and door cards, ali door tops, early wings with no side vents, early bonnet and custom grill made the same way as a series one grill.
interior, puma headed coth seats, new cubby box , Genuine load mat, genuine swing away wheel carryer side opening rear tailgate. mud flaps genuine rear., its sit on a set of deep forward control rims 6. 5" wheels with new 265/ 75/ 16 bfg tyres (£1200) , MOTed , next year will be mot exempt .
