A Morgan 4/ 4 with bags of character which has just been fully recommissioned in our workshop.
Built in 1972 this lovely car was a dealer demonstrator and has only had one private owner since originally being sold in 1979.
Mechanically the car is in very good condition and drives really well. We have just given the engine and gearbox a full service and oil change, plus sorted out all the little niggles etc so everything works as you would expect. Underneath the car is solid on both the metal and ash parts of the chassis with it being regularly waxoiled and covering very little mileage over the years. The brakes have just had a full overhaul and clean up as well.
Bodywork does let the car down a bit but we have priced the car to allow a respray in the future, it still looks lovely in the sunshine and could be used as is but a re-spray in next year or so would do the car justice. We would be happy to quote for this as have full body shop facilities.
Tax and MOT exempt it's cheap useable classic motoring. It will come with a full MOT though.
The car has full soft top hood with side screens and a tonneau cover as well.
To ensure the car is reliable we have been using it as our daily runabout which has been much more fun in the sun than the works pick-up!
