Description: Manufactured in 1984 this sought after Honda CBX1000 Pro-Link was first registered here in UK in September 1988. Refined sport touring motorbike aimed at riders who craved both power and comfort on long journeys. Evolving from the earlier CBX model, the Pro-Link addressed some comfort concerns with a fairing and optional panniers for luggage. Only 28, 514 miles showing on the clocks consistent with GOV. UK MOT database records from 2006 & old paper MOT certificates from 1993. Very good condition throughout with no damage or corrosion. Runs and rides perfectly as you can see in the Youtube video above. MOT & tax exempt as a historic vehicle. The legendary 6 cylinder engine runs very smoothly with no smoke, rattles or leaks. Workshop manuals included. There's some light wear & tear from general use present on the bike but certainly less than you would expect to find on a bike this age. Overall this is a tidy, unmolested example for an original 40 year old bike. This very low mileage, rare practical classic tourer is very good investment too & keenly priced to sell so be quick!
