Description
This Alfa Romeo Giulietta is an original late 750F VELOCE model. It has all the correct Veloce features and the mileage is believed genuine.
She is finished in White with Red upholstery. Matching period seatbelts are fitted.
Like the mileage, the body panels seem to be original and the paintwork is smart and in very good condition, as is the fabric soft top. Notable is the existence of original Jacking points underlining the extended time spent in a dry climate.
Whilst in Denmark the underbody was treated with Ziebart there.
Both the engine and original split case gearbox have recently been rebuilt ( - the latter by Bob Dove) and have seen very few miles since.
The gearbox has had a “short” 5th gear fitted enhancing high speed flexibility.
The engine 1315 323** is an early 101 unit has been completely rebuilt and is fitted with correct distributor and dynamo.
All tyres , including the unused spare are in good condition.
Many of the easily lost / omitted bits and tits are on the car, and it comes with a correct Battani jack.
A factory steel hardtop is available. Originally sold in the US by Hoffmann it spent (at least) the major part of its US life in arid Mesa, Arizona.
It returned to Europe in 2006 (mileage 81545) where it underwent some restoration. It was then sold to Denmark where it was owned for 8 years.
I purchased the car and imported and registered it to the UK in 2014.
