New 12 month MOT expires 09/ 06/ 2025
Just had carburettors removed jets cleaned and adjusted with some fuel additive cleanser, as well as new coolant, by local garage.

Owned by me for 3 years with minimal mileage done, prior to this my brother owned it from 2011, again with minimal mileage, kept in garage throughout. Clock reads 23, 941 miles. In 2021 the plugs were renewed, oil and oil filter, air filter, new vacuum petrol tap and connecting pipes. Also had a new battery and rectifier in 2021.
Starts on the button, runs fine although there is a mid rev hesitation spot, which it powers through and upwards from.
Overall it rides well, is comfortable and economical. It's a genuine used bike with age related scuffs and marks, some wear to lacquer finishes plus some light rust and there is a small dent in the tank but it’s not especially visible, the tank paintwork has some stone chips covered with touch up paint, it isn’t a pristine example, see photos. The tyres are both good, it has a standard exhaust system it also has a fly screen. The bike is HPI clear and comes with the V5 (in my name), past MOT history and some receipts, a service book and handbook and 2 keys. Could be a decent project bike for a custom version.
This model type has good power and a reputation for reliability.
I had a long break from biking, which I used to enjoy, and when my brother had this up for sale, I thought I would give biking another go as it was a known example which he had no issues with. Unfortunately, biking no longer for me hence the sale.
Most of its mileage has been in the first 7/ 8 years, April 2008 MOT reading was 21317. There is a stamped service book up until Oct 2006 when it had 20177 showing.
