1978 GS1000 with upgrades. Rare fluted tank model. Tank is rust free as is the bike in general.
If you like your bikes clean then you will not be disappointed. . Imported in 2012 by Rick Brett and part of Paul Braces Proper Bikes collection and featured in 2014 Practical Sportsbikes magazine. Has had comprehensive refurbishment to replace perishables and running components such as seals / cables/ bearings/ electrics/ tyres/ chain & sprockets etc. Huge file of receipts for new parts and work done. I am 3rd UK owner V5 in my name, tax exempt. One key fits all locks with spares. I had bike painted in the more popular Wes Cooley colour, frame is on original paint and very nice condition. to move a bit but will not be giving this away. There are too many individual expensive parts, I did not build this to a budget . Bike is stunning and starts on the button viewing recommended to appreciate detail. Happy to provide further information. Bike advertised elsewhere. I have detailed history from when bike was first imported. Odometer shows less than 9000 miles although cannot be verified the overall condition of the bike in my opinion reflects the mileage.
