Description
TR3B NOT a TR3A so one of only 3331 built with overdrive 3 synchro gearbox & 2138 engine. Has all the matching commission numbers that it left the factory with according to BMIHT certificate. All of these cars were exported to the USA. Spa white, black interior. Great original condition and patina, probably the best unrestored car around. No accident damage apart from 2 creases on lower rear wing edges from a towing incident 20yrs ago. No rust and body very straight with all original panels. Front wings and apron repainted due to stone chips. Sitting on wire wheels with good tyres, original steel wheels (now powder coated) and hubcaps also with newly replaced tyres included. Black tonneau, sidescreens and hood, new unused hood also included. Lots of history including front page photo and article in ''The Triumph Herald'', magazine of the Rocky Mountain Triumph Club. Imported from dry US state by me in 2011. Drives extremely well, everything works, and is one of the coveted TCF Commission numbered cars. Photos include car on wire wheels and on the original steel wheels, when in storage last winter at the Bibury Hub and on show on the TR Register stand at the NEC Classic Car show.
