Sadly, a change in circumstances dictate - and it is with great regret - that I am putting my fantastic, fully restored Morris 1000 up for sale. This near concourse condition vehicle was first registered in Oct 1967 and restored over a period of two years. Painted in old English white with red interior, everything on this car has been restored - right down to the frames on the seats and the window wiper motor! This nut and bolt restoration costing circa £20k - is fully documented in over 300 photos and shows a truly magnificent vehicle - a rear head turner. Totally reliable - starts on the button and runs perfectly. Tax, MOT and ULEZ exempt. Very cheap to insure. I bought this vehicle as a 65th birthday present to myself and I have run it for the last 10 months with no issues. It is still in excellent condition and draws waves and comments from passers by every time I go out in it. There is one small crack in the paint which will require attention before the winter - see the photo. Such is the condition of this car that I suspect it could easily be a show winner.
