Our entire team is delighted to offer you a classic of great stature in the form of this beautiful Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GTC from 1965.
Derived from the Alfa Romeo Giulia Berlina introduced in 1962, designed by Bertone, the sporty-looking Sprint GT followed in 1963. The Sprint GT became a tremendous success for Alfa Romeo and was available in various (closed) versions such as the 1300 Junior, the 1750 GTV, and the 2000 GTV.
In 1964, the GTC, or the convertible variant of the Sprint GT, was introduced to the public. Its full name was Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GTC.
Designed by the renowned Carrozzeria Touring from Milan, and beautifully simple in its elegance, only 998 units of the GTC were produced between 1964 and 1966, making it the rarest variant of the Giulia and Giulietta series.
Equipped with a 1, 570 cc engine producing 106 hp, the GTC was, like the closed versions, a delightful car to drive. The modifications made by Carrozzeria Touring include a reinforced floor, a redesigned trunk with a larger luggage compartment, and different taillights.
