This is a candy white 2010 golf GTI, equipped with the engaging manual transmission, jacara tartan upholstery, auto headlights/ wipers, cruise control, dual zone climate control, factory privacy glass and powerfold/ heated mirrors.
With 83200 miles on the odometer, both original keys and an impeccable (main dealer and specialist) service history to back it up, now spanning a second service book, this is a great example of an already excellent car.
A fantastic and rewarding drivers car, as much at home on a snaking b-road as a long motorway journey, it really can do it all. It has been in my possession for 6 years, after searching specifically for a white 3dr with factory cruise control. I have only covered around 27000 miles with it in that time. The vehicle has been mechanically maintained regardless of cost throughout my ownership, with an enormous file of invoices for services and repair displayed in chronological order to support.
The car has only been used occasionally due to having use of a company vehicle, meaning it was called into action only for long journeys and weekend outings.
Many of the common issues that may arise in the earlier 2. 0 TSI vehicles have been dealt with in this car across my ownership, with invoices to quantify, and leaving me with a car I would gladly fire up and drive the length of the country without fear.
The 18” monza alloys are presentable enough but have not had a refurbishment in the last 7 years. I have taken excellent care of the paintwork but despite being great for its age, it is not showroom condition as can be expected of a 14 year old car.
More recently it has had some replacement suspension components which have really revived the legendary GTI handling characteristics.
This is a fabulous, honest example of a sought after car, ready to be enjoyed by a like minded enthusiast.
