Description
CB750 sandcast, manufactured 09/ 1969. Frame # 6623, engine # 6620.
New engine parts: all ball bearings, all shell bearings, tensioners, camchain / guides. Honed cylinders, new piston rings. Reground valves and valve seats. Repaired cases in the chain sprocket area and #5 journal area. Exellent repairs, no leaks. Iris 530 O-ring chain fitted. Correct oil filter housing with no internal reinforcing ribs. Electronic ignition from David Silver fitted, original points plate included.
Exhaust system is original Honda no number exhausts pipes in good condition.
Carburetors are refurbished with carb kits from Yamiya.
Rechromed DID front rim, replica front fender, genuine rear fender, genuine rear shocks, new DID rear rim. Semi rolled rear rim comes with bike. Original wrinkle tank, rechromed gas cap, new original fuel tap. Seat has cover and red foam from Yamiya with genuine base and trim. The seat base holes are covered with original red foam. Correct Tokico 1 caliper. Sidecovers and badges are NOS Honda.
Airbox is replica, original included.
Clocks are restored by CB750Faces and has the early drives.
Switches are NOS. New original wiring loom, coils, regulator, horn, fuse box. New genuine Honda ignition switch are fitted. Original recessed switch comes with the bike. Matching steering lock is fitted. All new cables. All large #8 bolts.
A few hundred test miles has been run and the second oil and filter change has been performed. The motorcycle starts, drives and stops as it should. Video available of the motorcycle running.
Owners manual dated 07. 1969 is included.
The motorcycle can be delivered to UK (Manchester area) with NOVA paperwork included. Currently, only a Bill of Sale is available.
The "structural issue" refers to the cases repairs, which are exellent. the frame has no issues.
