I own this car since 1990
Engine was changed to a 1600cc bought New from NTG in 1994.
Being expatriated all my life, car has never been used more than maximum 2 weeks per year.
Body, brakes, gear box and suspensions went through complete restoration in last 5 or 6 years. Paint was totally scrapped to bare metal before going through full painting job from primer and 3 coats of original MG paint.
Car now is in perfect condition, can be start & drive right away. I bought this car in South Africa and enjoy it very much when I was working & living in Cape Town.
I bring it back with me to France in 1993 when I was transferred in Algeria and left it afterward in France when I moved to South East Asia.
The car is a 1500cc roadster from 1956 but I had to change the engine in 1993 and was not able to find a 1500cc and finally found a totally new 1600cc from NTG in England
