Description
Late model Rover 75 2. 0 turbo diesel automatic.
Registered in July 2005, a few months after Rover's unfortunate demise, and finished in metallic silver with a black leather interior and featuring dark grey wood trim inserts, the car has only covered 101, 000 miles from new with plenty of supporting history in the shape of a full stamped service book up to 99, 000 miles, as well as sundry receipts for servicing and repairs over the years.
Powered by the BMW-derived two litre diesel engine, there is no cam belt to worry about on these - it's a chain driven engine. It pulls very well, with a surprising turn of speed when you want it. The gearbox changes up and down smoothly and the brakes are strong and pull the car up squarely.
In fact I drove this particular car 50 miles to get it home and it never missed a beat.
These have always been a nice car to drive, and values are starting to creep up now. It's not hard to see why, either.
Currently MOT'd until late August, but can be supplied with a with a new MOT if required.
