Drives like a modern car due to retrofitted Wilkinson Ltd electric pump powered jaguar steering rack and pinion system (£2, 400 alone) including alternator conversion . The S type is renowned for a great handling and ride (better thank Mk 2’s)

• Fully Refurbished carburettors by Andrew Turner
• New front suspension Poly bushes
• Original leather seats treated by FFace solutions
Reluctant sale due to car collection reduction. the S Type was created by Jaguar Chief William Lyons as a step up from the Mk2's incorporating the E Type independent rear suspension, sub frame insulated from the body and inboard disc brakes.
Autocar Magazine stated "there can be few big saloons in which the ride is as good an in the Jaguar S Type"
The full width Walnut dashboard crammed with gauges is a delight.
