Here we have an excellent example of this little pocket rocket with 46, 500 kilometres (29, 000 miles), brought over to the UK in 1996, since when this has been a well maintained example of this classic. With an exemplary MOT history and records going back to 2006 when it has passed every MOT, since then this bike has only covered 1315 miles being maintained and also ridden for its annual MOT.
1988 Honda CBR250R MC19 - 18, 000rpm screamer is a lightweight and nimble quarter-litre machine. Powering the CBR250R is a 249cc liquid-cooled, inline-four engine. Despite its relatively modest displacement, this powerplant was a technological marvel of its time, showcasing Honda's engineering prowess. The four-cylinder configuration, a rarity in the 250cc class, delivered a smooth and linear power curve, elevating the bike's performance beyond the expectations of its size. The bike's compact dimensions, coupled with a low curb weight, made it exceptionally manoeuvrable, catering to riders who sought a responsive and flickable machine.
