Description
This TR6, originally delivered in the USA, came to the Netherlands in 1994 where the restoration of this beautiful English classic was started. A complete file with all invoices is present so that the complete history since 1994 is known. The intent of the restoration seemed to be to build a new TR6. They started with a completely new chassis!! This was powder coated and then the car was completely rebuilt with all new body parts, rubbers, wiring harness, switches, .... really nothing was left to chance.
Later the car came to Belgium and the engine underwent a total overhaul in 2007. The total restoration and overhaul cost a multiple of the value of the car, but today it translates into a TR6 in exceptional condition.
The car is also equipped with an overdrive, seat belts, roll bar, trip master, navigation system, oil cooler, ..... All this in a very discreet way.
This is a car for someone who is looking for a TR6 with which he or she can enjoy many years of carefree fun.
