Description: 1983 Yamaha RD80 LC imported from Germany & first registred in the UK in June 2008. Has undergone a full nut & bolt restoration to exacting standards a few years ago. The previous owner claimed this bike won "best 80's bike" at the Stafford classic bike show a few years ago but unfortunately there's no evidence of this with the bike. That said the previous owner is a well known collector & multi show winner so there's no reason to disbelieve this. The pictures don't do justice to how good this bike actually looks in the flesh. It really is an exceptional example & would be a fantastic addition to any two stroke collection. HPI clear with recent report present. Comes with 12 months MOT from the date of purchase which will be the last done before this bike becomes MOT & tax exempt as a historic vehicle. Original German genuine Yamaha service book present (see details below).
