Dispatched new to Jaguar Cars New York, this matching numbers E-Type was repatriated to the UK some years ago and sold to the previous owner.
Finished in opalescent gunmetal grey with original black leather seats/ trim retained and in very good condition. New stainless steel exhaust, stainless inlet manifold & galvanized fuel tank with after-market air conditioning installed. Recently fitted with new chrome-work throughout.
The 4. 2 engine with triple SU HD8 carburretors pulls strongly with excellent oil pressure. Paint and bodywork are in good condition with no evidence of corrosion and excellent panel shut lines.
