Description
I have owned my E-Type FHC for 11 years now. Apart from the engine and clutch, the Jaguar was in very good condition at the time. The bodywork in its original paintwork with a corresponding amount of patina was completely rust-free and has been professionally repainted here in its original colour in British Racing Green. The engine has been overhauled and the clutch renewed. The gearbox was not in need of an overhaul. My E-Type was regularly serviced and regularly received a new MOT without any defects. Unfortunately, due to moving house, I no longer have as much space available to present the E-Type properly. I have driven it at various classic car events and excursions. It regularly brings a smile to the faces of people along the way and a thumbs-up and will certainly give the new owner, perhaps you ;-), a lot of pleasure. It originally comes from Florida, had a total of 4 previous owners there over the decades and joined my collection in 2012. According to the chassis number, it is one of the last from the Series II series and therefore one of the last 2-seaters and one of the last 6 cylinders. The Jag has matching numbers, the Heritage certificate is available.
