Description
This 1928 Austin Seven was first registered in March of that year. It is one of 12, 675 fabric-bodied saloons built between 1928 and 1930, this 'top hat' car is a rare survivor - it is estimated that around 95 of these fabric bodied Austin's exist.
It is finished in brown fabric with black accents - the brown fabric body is in excellent condition and was subject to a previous restoration with the beige upholstered interior believed to be original.
It has sensibly been updated with a coil conversion and the updraft carburettor has recently been professionally refurbished.
This Austin comes with a history file including the original buff logbook, numerous invoices dating back to the past three decades, assortment of paperwork and a current V5C document.
