Description
Sharing the platform with FIAT RITMO, it left Giorgio Giugiaro's drawing board in 1979. After the commercialization of units with aspirated engines of 1. 1 (it was not sold in Portugal), 1. 3, 1. 5 and 1. 6, in 1985, the DELTA appears. HF turbocharged with a 4-cylinder turbocharged in-line engine, Petrol, with engine code 831B3. 000.
This engine produces a maximum power of 140 hp at 5500 rpm and a maximum torque of 191 Nm at 3500 rpm. Tire sizes are 165 / 65-14 front and rear. As for braking, it is ensured by disc brakes on all four wheels being ventilated at the front.
Our copy is national, it was acquired in the south of the country, has around 99, 000 km and has undergone a complete overhaul of the mechanics. In addition to this, we carried out: reconstruction of the front seats with original materials, removal of the only rust point that it had (on the roof), repair of the rims, replacement of the tires, replacement of the optics and replacement of the exhaust line. To complete the restoration, the following work was carried out: correction of the painting of two doors, polishing, coating of the steering wheel and reconditioning of the interior. It was like new!
It is certified by the Clube Português de Automóveis Antigas as a vehicle of historic interest.
