History of the Lola T212
The T212 was part of a long series of 2-litre cars made by Lola for the European Sportscar Championships and is a Group 6 car making it eligible for hill climbs, sports car racing and endurance racing.
This example was built based on the original plans by renown South African Engineer and car builder Eric Booth of EBM Motors in Cape Town for race car driver Louis De Jager. The car was raced extensively from its time of build until 2022, competing and winning consistently, mostly at the world famous Killarney International Race Track in Cape Town.
If you’re looking for a well built, reliable and fast race car, or the perfect track day fun car, this Lola T212 Recreation could well fit that bill.
Original ones sell for around 180 000 Pounds, this one can be purchased for approximately a third of that amount.

Asking price is slightly negotiable. It would cost a lot more to build a similar example and then without its successful race history would take a few years of development and expenses to get a similar car to be a front runner or a Championship winner like this oneIt has race winning provenance from its build over 20 years ago until last year. All potential teething problems have long been sorted out. A lightweight fast and competitive car that costs a fraction of running more heavier cars . The Lola T212 shape stands out from other cars on a race track
