Grit blasted , etch primed 3 coats of 2 pack in RAL 9011.
All new bushes though out .
New drag link and track rod , re con steering box. New hard lines to pas pump.
4 x bilstien scocks and 4 x double white springs.
New plastic fuel tank , sender and straps. All new fuel lines . new pump.
All new brake lines in cupro nickel , new Goodrich flexies.
New G500 callipers and vented discs . merc pads.
New load valve , and rod. New rear wheel cylinders . drums skimmed
New old Stock front axle. Fitted with new 4. 1 :1 crown wheel and pinion.
Lowmiles Coke bottle 3. 5 ton rear axle , stripped &fitted with new bearings and seal , 4. 1:1 cw&p.
Both axles have rebuilt hydraulic diff locks.
Both axles blasted and etch primed plus 3 coats 2 pack 9011.
3 rebuilt and balanced props.
M113 4. 3 v8 (70k miles) fitted to 6 speed manual gearbox . both stripped and inspected , new seals and gaskets.
Engine has had , new waterpump , crank damper , cam and crank sensors.
New Merc dm flywheel and clutch.
New merc 463 radiator.
Running a Haltech elite 2500 ECU . Mazda coil packs running twin spark.
Haltech offer remote access for fault finding and tuning . so no problems with ecu's.
Custom manilfolds and stainless exhaust system.
Dyno = 275 BHP at rear wheels.
G500 front and rear bash plates.
Banded steel rims with Toyo 33" open country Tyres.
1996 rust free single cab , bare metal respray , fully insulated with dynomat. new Merc wings and bonnet
