Capots Vintage, the classic car specialist, invites you to discover an Austin Healey 3000 BN7 from 1960: The first version of the Big Healey, our car was delivered new in January 1960. The Austin Healey BN7 2-seater is a rare model, built for only 2 years and produced in a limited edition of just 2, 800. This car has been fully restored. Initially, the bodywork and upholstery will be completely refurbished between 2015 and 2016. The engine and gearbox were rebuilt by a specialist in 2021. From an aesthetic point of view, this car is superb, its two-tone "red & black" colour blends perfectly with its red upholstery with black piping, which is in excellent condition and "matching colours". Its "matching number" engine, as attested by British Motor Heritage, has been completely rebuilt and runs on unleaded petrol.
The road test we carried out confirmed the quality of the work carried out on this car, with a very good overall balance, the car has electronic ignition and we have an extensive invoice file.
