The Appeal
The Audi A7 was born in the height of the 4 door coupe boom, at a point where nearly all of the big European manufacturers were delving into this new emerging and at the time, niche, market. Mixing all the best bits of the saloons and hatchbacks in the marque’s pre existing line up and wrapping them up in an exquisite coupe style package, the A7 bridged a previously unknown gap in the Audi roster and provided customers with a new left field option for executive travel. Now, some 10 years on from first release, the A7 remains one of the most popular models on the Audi forecourt.
With under 45 thousand miles on the clock and only one previous keeper, this high spec “black edition” A7 is exceptionally well presented inside and out and is certainly one of the finer examples of the model out there. With a comprehensive set of paperwork accompanying it, NJ14 XUR is a truly excellent example of Audi’s executive coupe, and is undoubtedly a great way into A7 ownership.

- Maintained by a garage local to the vendor throughout its current ownership

- Serviced by Audi Cheshire including new front brake discs and pads with invoice to corroborate this

- One small scratch on the rear tailgate, as highlighted in the accompanying photographic package
- S-Line and black edition trim throughout
- Factory 21” alloy wheels also fitted as part of the black edition package
- All four alloys are presented in good shape
- Trim and badging all of a great quality, with the plastics still rich in colour
- The car has clearly been well cared for throughout its lifetime and as such presents almost as new from an aesthetic perspective
The Mechanics
- Excellent 3.0 litre diesel V6 under the bonnet
- One of the finest diesel engines of the era, with hordes of power on tap whilst still reporting solid MPG figures
- Having covered just under 45 thousand miles, the engine in this particular example is in great clean order and fires into life with ease
- Serviced by Audi Cheshire in October 2022, around 300 miles ago
- New front brake discs and pads also fitted by Audi Cheshire at the same time as the aforementioned service
- On the road the A7 is reported to provide a wonderful driving experience. Once behind the wheel, one can begin to understand why these A7s have become so popular
