THE APPEAL
Launched in 1995, the BMW Z3 Roadster is based on the 3-Series E36 which also used the tried and tested semi-trailing arm suspension setup from the BMW E30 range. However, wanting to create a two-seater Roadster with a little extra, the M-Division engineers decided to use components from the E36 M3 Evo. Using these parts increased the track, which led to wider rear aches, giving the Z3 a more aggressive look topped off with quad exhausts, new bumpers and larger wheels. Inside, a full leather interior with extra instruments in the centre console lets you know this was something other than a regular Z3. It was the Z3M.
This lovely 1999 Z3M Roadster has been used very little in the past 12 years, covering just a few hundred miles each year, but it has still been regularly taken for an MOT to ensure everything is in good order. A recent check over in 2020 saw an invoice of £2,346.25, but this does mean the car had everything it needed to address a few minor issues.

SUMMARY
This is a fantastic opportunity to own a brilliant M-powered two-seater Roadster from BMW. It has only covered 61,748 miles, a new clutch was fitted just 1,216 miles ago, and a recent overhaul of the brakes and track rod ends and service ensures the Z3M is ready for its new home.
Perfect for the summer months, where you can enjoy the straight-six soundtrack with the roof down, and if you decide to use it when it's cooler, there is the removable hard top that can be fitted in seconds. The best of both worlds for a performance two-seater.
