The Appeal
The enormous success of the Mercedes-Benz R107 was a tough act to follow but the Bruno Sacco designed R129 SL filled its predecessor's shoes perfectly. Now bonafide classics in their own right, R129s are increasingly desirable and look every bit as good today as they did at launch in 1989.
This sleek black SL 320 is a really smart example that the vendor assures us is as sound mechanically as it is cosmetically. With lots of invoices detailing recent expenditure and an MOT until March 2023, this is a fine specimen that we’re sure the next owner will cherish.
