The Appeal
Towards the end of its long production run, Jaguar had refined the XJS considerably. From adding galvanisation to the body work and extra strengthening to the chassis in convertible models, to a characterful and efficient 4-litre engine, these enhancements did much to improve and polish what was already a fine grand tourer.
The last couple of years of production saw the introduction of these ‘Celebration’ models, with unique badging, interior specification and some styling tweaks to keep it looking fresh and modern.
This fine vehicle is a nice example of a ‘Celebration’ convertible. Finished in a very attractive colour scheme and spec, with low mileage and a very extensive history file, we think this would make a truly delightful addition to any collection.
