The Appeal
For many, this was Alfa Romeo’s swan song. Sure, it wasn’t the last car from the company, but for many, it was the big statement piece - that last hurrah before Fiat’s takeover. The last thoroughbred Alfa Romeo on the market.
The lineage is clear. That beefy Busso engine in a boxy body with that distinctive grill - there was no missing the car’s lineage, and while it wasn’t a gigantic seller, it left a big impact upon the automotive world. This particular model was one of the last additions to the range - and what an addition it was. Perhaps one of the finest engines Alfa ever produced, this was a fierce, flamboyant car that turned heads and took names.
This rare survivor is in great condition, and still carries all of that top-quality Italian pedigree.
