The Appeal
In response to America’s insatiable appetite for engine displacement and horsepower, Mercedes-Benz offered a 5.6-litre V8 variant of their incredibly successful R107 SL. Considered by many as ‘the German Corvette’, the 560 proved a big hit and they are now popular imports.
Here we have an American specification 560 SL that has been imported to the Netherlands. Presented in very good condition inside, out and under the bonnet, it looks to be a really smart example that is ready to be enjoyed.
