The Appeal
There’s no mistaking the Mercedes W123 series. Most of us will probably have been in one, one time or another. A firm favorite among taxi drivers the world over, and for good reason. Wonderfully over-engineered, they are one of the toughest cars ever made and many of them are still ferrying passengers around in all corners of the globe. These beautiful workhorses provide superb comfort for driver and passengers alike.
This one here is the 230E model, a 2.3 litre, four-cylinder petrol engine with fuel injection, and comes with a stack of receipts showing just how well it’s been looked after over the years and it drives just as you would expect a Mercedes to.
It's been well used, but in great condition, clocking up 5,000 to 10,000 miles annually over recent years, and its just had a full service.
