Highlights
- Powered by Fiat’s 2.0-litre Lampredi twin-cam with Bosch fuel injection
- Previously subject to an Abarth-inspired restoration
- The vendor informs us that everything works perfectly and the car drives impeccably
The Appeal
With bodywork by Pininfarina and the inimitable Lampredi twin-cam under the bonnet, it’s no wonder the Fiat 124 Spider was so successful. At the hands of Abarth engineers, it proved an immensely capable rally car and this 1982 example celebrates those successes with an Abarth-inspired restoration.
Presented in very good condition and reportedly in fine working order, this 124 is a great specimen that is enhanced by Abarth-style Cromadora alloy wheels, auxiliary spot lamps and the removal of the bumpers.
