Starting with a new Heritage body shell and various boxes of various parts the car was fully rebuilt from the ground up, with many new parts and many useful upgrades all installed and fitted to a very high standard. With only two owners since the completion of the restoration the car has always been garaged, regularly serviced and had further improvements and fettling.
The interior is in truly excellent condition throughout with the leather seats being fully re-upholstered in cream with green piping on the original frames but with all new foam internals to ensure plenty of support and comfort.
The burr walnut dashboard and centre console is very stylish and the matching steering wheel and gear knob complete the perfect classic cockpit.
All the switches and instruments work and the hood is easy and quick to fold back. The carpets and interior panels are about as good as they could get and there’s also a windbreaker to help reduce the wind buffeting when the roof is down.interior.jpg376.04 KB

The current fastidious owner has recently sourced and completely rebuilt an engine that is correct to the car and was originally from the same batch of engines that would have been originally fitted.
It was rebuilt to an exacting and high-performance standard using only high quality parts throughout. The engine was relined to a standard bore and fitted with new pistons, rings and big end bearings, a duplex camchain and bearings were fitted along with new lightened cam followers, oil pump, valves, valve guides and springs. The head was skimmed and rebuilt, a quality head gasket was fitted and the rebuilt carbs are fed air through two K&N air filters and there’s a sports exhaust and manifold fitted.
With many new quality parts used in the modification and renovation of this MGB, the car drives and runs superbly and is ready to drive away and enjoy.
A beautifully prepared and improved example of the ever popular classic, the MGB Roadster, that looks fantastic and delivers a much more precise and engaging drive with its more modern suspension and brakes.
