Highlights
- Presented in incredible condition for a car that’s now a century old
- Desirable torpedo bodywork, much-coveted by fans of early open motoring
- Offered in good running order, following an electrical rewire
The Appeal
By the time they unveiled the NN in 1924, Renault was an experienced automaker, having produced their first ever “Voiturette” 26 years earlier in 1898. The NN boasted what was then deemed competitive performance, with some higher-geared models capable of reaching the heady heights of 70 kmh (43 mph)! Offered in a range of body styles, many of which were designed to accommodate families, the NN proved a very popular seller and they remain a much sought-after classic a whole century on.
This early example boasts open torpedo bodywork and is handsomely finished in grey, with a plush black interior. It’s in remarkably nice condition for a car of this vintage, exhibiting a pleasing patina yet still in fantastic order inside, out and under the bonnet. Running and driving well following a rewire, this charming vintage Renault is ready to enjoy.
