The Spalding & East Elloe Classic Car Club (SEECCC) is a Club for classic car owners in the Spalding and Holbeach areas...
The Club held its inaugural meeting in May 2008 and since then we have held a wide variety of successful events since. A full calendar of events took place in 2009 and 2010. In 2011, we started our year with a quiz and a talk, and had visits to Kelvedon Motors and Gordon Easton's collection. Our April clubnight attracted a huge turnout of 40 members and our Drive It Day Run this year took us to Oakham. Alan Lyon also kindly organised two runs for us: our Annual Run in June and the 3 Counties event in July. Evening runs to The Royal Oak at Swayfield and The Berney Arms at Barton Bendish have also featured over the summer along with a Sunday afternoon Scatter Run in September. Roger Byford gave us an interesting talk in November and Christmas lunch at Billingborough brought the year's events to a close.
This year started with a challenging quiz, a fish & chip supper and an excellent talk by Colin Crabbe for our open evening which attracted 105 people and raised over £300 for the Lincs Air Ambulance. Our Drive It Day run took us to Skegness and raised £50 for the RNLI. The remainder of the programme has lots of variety so please take a look at our Events Page to see what else is coming up in 2012.
