The bike on offer is a Gen 1. 5, which made its debut in 2001, featuring revised aerodynamics and bodywork along with an upgraded big-valve RP engine. This machine is also the high-spec 'R' version, which comes with Ohlins suspension, 'OZ' lightweight forged wheels, carbon fibre body parts and 4-pad, 4-pot Brembo brakes
The bike was subject to a light refresh five years ago, with side panels, the tail section and the belly pan re-painted and new decals applied. At the same time, a new clutch was fitted, along with a 16/ 43 chain and sprockets to make it more comfortable to ride in towns
