This 2018 Clean Slate Grey Hyundai i30 N is a very special version of a highly acclaimed hot hatch. The vendor has owned it for two years and reports it is currently Stage 3, with a dyno output of around 380-400bhp. The list of performance enhancements is extensive, with Forge induction kit, blow-off valve, catch can, intercooler and uprated pipes. The turbo is a Zentrum Stage 3 unit, and an RPM Performance short-shifter helps make the most of it. ‘DE18ZGT’ also has RPM Performance wishbone braces.
Other enhancements include a Ground Zero sound system, custom Vibe seatbelts and a Control Customs carbon and Alcantara flat-bottom steering wheel. ‘DE18ZGT’ has been serviced every 10, 000 miles by KWK Performance, says the vendor. “They know this car inside out, and I would thoroughly recommend them for servicing and other work.” The odometer reads 86, 000 miles, and the MOT is valid until August 2025. ‘DE18ZGT’ has had three owners in total, and comes with two keys, owner’s manual and book packs.
The Hyundai i30 N was introduced in 2017 and immediately grabbed headlines thanks to its hot hatch heroics. Using a 2. 0-litre turbo engine, it was offered in 250bhp or 275bhp guise, the latter with a limited-slip differential. All i30 N had fully overhauled suspension and an eye-catching body kit, plus a tasteful interior that included BMW M-style warm-up LEDs in the rev counter. Developed by ex-BMW M guru Albert Biermann, the Hyundai i30 N became an instant legend for delivering among the best performance and driving dynamics in the sector – and an immediate challenger to the legendary Volkswagen Golf GTI.
In summary:
