Hi and welcome to the sale of our beloved 1972 Triumph stag V8
This classic beauty is in exceptional condition for its age and has been well looked after with no cost spared. It really has to be seen and heard to believe it. With its original V8 engine sounding perfect (all the engine and chassis number matching)
It has under gone a lot of work to keep it Looking this good which included a full bare metal respray and body work restoration in the winter of 2005/ 2006 at Nigel Pocock Classic & vintage Restoration.
Following on from that between 2008 and 2010 it had a full engine rebuild, electric restoration and interior restoration at Tynwald Triumph,
All work above we have full receipts for.
In the mean time it has had various works done which includes:-
All suspension Polly bushed.
Springs are 11mm lowered
Front disc rotors are vented & have 4 pot calipers, rubber hoses are replaced with braided hoses.
Gearbox is Tate & Lewis Jaguar conversion.
Mohair hood.
Instrument lights have LED conversion.
Dash is walnut.
Cat 2 immobiliser.
Minilite wheels.
Tubular exhaust manifold
Moving on to last year it have again gone threw extensive works at VC Classics which includes:- full exterior re-spray including the hard top ,
Re- lining the hard top roof
Full under seal
Soft top waterproofing
Deep internal clean
New window seals throughout
Service and few small mechanical jobs done
All in all costing over £10k this year alone.
As I said this car has been loved with no expences spared
We also have the original wheels and original wheel callipers as part of the sale along with original owners manual and extensive paperwork
