1978 Mk1 Golf 1600 GLS
This Golf is originally from north Sweden where it is cold and no salt is used on the roads, resulting in a totally original car with an excellent shell, I can find no welding or filler on it.
Original paint. Doors close perfectly. One key fits all doors/ ignition. Never been restored or repaired so there is nothing hiding under new glossy paint. Fantastic original gold interior, with period cassette/ radio. Headlining is in good condition. Rear parcel shelf has not been cut.
Previous owner overhauled the engine and gearbox, fitted coil overs and took it though an MOT (so it has new headlamps, new tyres, brake pads etc.).
