Franklins Sports and Classics specialise in the sale and service of Lotus Elise Series 1 & 2 cars and are delighted to offer this 2003 Lotus Elise 111S finished in ardent red over black leather interior and black roof.
Considered by many as the sweet spot of the series 2 cars for fast road use, the Elise 111S was added to the Elise range to add an extra level performance over the standard car. The Rover K series engine benefited from a raft of upgrades which increased power from the standard cars 118bhp to 158bhp These upgrades resulted in a seriously rapid sports car with the 0-60 dash being completed in just 5. 1 seconds and a top speed of 131 mph.
This particular car also benefits from a superb sounding Janspeed sports exhaust and the coveted Nitron Road Sport shock absorbers which enhance both the handling and ride beautifully.
The bright red paintwork is in fine order with a deep gloss finish and without any scratches whilst the fibreglass is free from crazing, osmosis or star cracks. Likewise the multi spoke alloy wheels are in excellent condition and are wrapped in an almost new set Yokohama Advan Sport tyres. The black soft top fits snuggly and operates perfectly and the interior is in equally fine order with blemish free dashtop, an unworn steering wheel and leather seats that remain stain and mark free with the exception of some slight wear to the driver’s seat as is to be expected.

The car has been fully inspected and serviced in our workshop and a new will MOT put on the car before delivery.
Supplied with both keys, original book pack with 2 x stamped service books and a ring binder full of invoices and MOT certificates dating back to 2007. The car comes supplied with a Motor Check certificate confirming the car is HPI clear and the milage verified.
